Sarah Beasley is a natural science illustrator currently living and working in Bethesda, Maryland. Her passion for scientific illustration developed from her lifelong love for drawing and her interest in science. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry and Microbiology from the University of Washington in 2018, and her M.S. in Biomedical Regulatory Affairs from the UW in 2023. In 2019, she also received a certificate from the UW in Natural Science Illustration, where she developed a particular interest in microbiological and anatomical illustration.
Her current goal is to develop her skills in digital illustration techniques to add to her foundation in traditional media.
